HAPPY SABBATH DAY ..... Saved by Grace, Justified by Faith, Sanctified by Christ’s Righteousness, and then crowned with the Everlasting Life Ellen G. White: “Jesus saves men, n o t in sin, but f r o m sin; and those who love Him will show their love by obedience.” -- Review and Herald, vol. 6, p. 45. * * The doctrinal points of view presented in this article are actually no more comprehended by most of our people in this time of the end. The subject of “Saved by Grace” has been so manipulated, to such an extend by our own religious leaders, that they say that Seventh-day Adventists have the right to the salvation into the kingdom of heaven, if only we could regularly attend Church services on the Sabbath, faithfully return to the treasury the tithes and offerings of God, have a regular communication with the Lord through unceasing frequent prayer, and undoubtedly support the Church and the leaders to preach the gospel to the world. We have been very positively assured to the salvation into the kingdom because we observe the true Sabbath of Christ ever since the beginning of our Church history. Saved by grace, justified by faith, sanctified by Christ righteousness, and crowned with the everlasting life, are indeed very long processes which are interconnected with each other. And they cannot be separated from each other; even each of their positions cannot be changed. That is the reason why, in studying those subjects we have to place the Law of the Ten Commandments as the supreme character of God above all other things, to be lived up to be fully experienced by men here on earth prior to their relocation to the kingdom of heaven. In short, the fully repentance on the part of the people must first be achieved before they could be delivered to the kingdom of God. Through His servant, Ellen G. White, He said: “Jesus saves men, n o t in sin, but f r o m sin; and those who love Him will show their love by obedience.” -- Review and Herald, vol. 6, p. 45. Saved by Grace The apostle Paul said: “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, and then is it no more graces: otherwise work is no more work.”—Rome 11 : 6 The apostle said that saved by grace is indeed a gift or a privilege granted by the Lord God Himself to mankind, not as a compensation to his work or a service, nor because he has honestly taken the Law of Ten Commandment into his practical religion, but purely because of His gracious love that He has given His only begotten Son to die on the cross to bear the death penalty for us. So without any repentance on the part of the sinner himself he could be saved by grace. However, wherein is he going to be saved by grace? Saved by grace would of course lead us to the kingdom of God. But where is the kingdom of God to be found here on the earth? Is it yet to come in the future, or is it still here now on earth accommodating you and me, who have been saved by grace? The Church here on earth is the kingdom of heaven, to represent God and His kingdom in Heaven in the outer space, to accommodate all those who have been saved by grace on the earth. So the unrepentant sinners who have been saved by grace would first be accommodated in the Church on the earth. The Lord has ever likened the sinner to the lost sheep in the woods. The lost sheep would never regain his way back home to the fold unless it could be found by the shepherd himself. So by Providence all of us have been divinely called into the Seventh-Day Adventist Church; we have been saved by grace into this kingdom of God, because this is the only Church in the time of the end that could provide us with The Law and the Testimony of Jesus Christ, which is The SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. Now it is clear that saved by grace is similar to the so-called ‘to be appointed’, or ‘not perish’. This is the first step in the process of salvation of mankind, before he could be presented to with the Law and the Testimony of Jesus Christ, which is the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. In one of the parables of Jesus in Matthew 20, which is deliberating the destiny of the Church of God in this time of the end, Jesus said : “So the last shall be first, and the first shall be last : for many be called, but few chosen.” – Matthew 20 : 16. That is, by the Law and the Testimony which have been developed into the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, we are now called into the class of the wise virgins of Matthew 25 : 1, but only few (in number of 144.000) would be chosen at the end. Due to the fact that the Law of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ which is the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY are found only in the Laodicean Church, specifically in the class of the five wise virgins, then the true faith in God which is based upon the Law and the Testimony of Jesus Christ could not be found anywhere else. Our calling into the Laodicean Church in this time of the end, is not to directly be delivered to the heavenly kingdom of God, but that we are first to build and have the faith that justifies us in the sight of God. To have the justifiable faith, we need the Law of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ or the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY as its foundation. This is the reason why the faith that justifies could be build and developed in the Laodicean Church, specifically in the class of the wise virgins, because only here the Law and the Testimony or the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY are taught. Saved by Grace was initiated by God Himself “Adam listened to the words of the tempter, and yielding to his insinuation, fell into sin. Why was not the death penalty at once enforced in his case? …….Because a ransom was found. God’s only begotten son volunteered to take the sin of man upon Himself and to make an atonement for the fallen race. There could have been no pardon for sin had this atonement not been made.” – Review and Herald, April 23, 1901 Sin is the transgression of the Law, and the wage of sin is death. The death here is not the death which is befalling our people every day up to this time of the end, but it is the eternal death from which there is no more resurrection. As soon as Adam and Eve have committed themselves in sin, at the same moment according the Law they should have been perished for ever and ever. However, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”— John 3 : 16. This is the so-called “saved by grace”, the greatest of its kind ever presented as a gift to the fallen race, who are the first inhabitants of our world. Due to the “saved by grace” granted them by the Lord, they could have escaped the death penalty, which is the eternal death according to the Law. Adam and Eve are the first sinners of this world who have been granted “saved by grace” by the Lord Himself, not as compensation to their works or services, but because of His love toward His creatures the human beings. The “saved by grace”, however, does not mean that they have been granted pardon to re-inhabit their Eden home. But that they may again rebuild their justifiable faith in Jesus by showing their obedience to do the burned offerings of sacrifice on the altar every day, to remind them of how Jesus Himself would have been sacrificed to die for them here on earth to bear their eternal death penalty. So instead of being sent again into their Eden home, they have to stay out side up to the time they die of their old age. The servant of the Lord related the story in the following words: “After their sin Adam and Eve were no longer to dwell in Eden. They earnestly entreated that they might remain in the home of their innocence and joy. They confessed that they had forfeited all right to that happy abode, but pledged themselves for the future to yield strict obedience to God. But they were told that their nature had become depraved by sin; they had lessened their strength to resist evil and had opened the way for Satan to gain more ready access to them. In their innocence they had yielded to temptation; and now, in a state of conscious guilt, they would have less power to maintain their integrity. “In humility and unutterable sadness they bade farewell to their beautiful home and went forth to dwell upon the earth, where rested the curse of sin. The atmosphere, once so mild and uniform in temperature, was now subject to marked changes, and the Lord mercifully provided them with a garment of skins as a protection from the extremes of heat and cold. “As they witnessed in drooping flower and falling leaf the first signs of decay, Adam and his companion mourned more deeply than men now mourn over their dead. The death of the frail, delicate flowers was indeed a cause of sorrow; but when the goodly trees cast off their leaves, the scene brought vividly to mind the stern fact that death is the portion of every living thing. “The Garden of Eden remained upon the earth long after man had become an outcast from its pleasant paths. The fallen race were long permitted to gaze upon the home of innocence, their entrance barred only by the watching angels. At the cherubim-guarded gate of Paradise the divine glory was revealed. Hither came Adam and his sons to worship God. Here they renewed their vows of obedience to that law the transgression of which had banished them from Eden. When the tide of iniquity over spread the world, and the wickedness of men determined their destruction by a flood of waters, the hand that had planted Eden withdrew it from the earth. But in the final restitution, when there shall be “a new heaven and a new earth” (Revelation 21 : 1), it is to be restored more gloriously adorned than at the beginning.” – Patriarchs and Prophets p. 61 & 62. Now let us look at the time after the Flood. When the generation of Noah began having committed themselves in sin by building an immense tower of Babel, they have raised the wrath of God that He then broke their language into so many languages and dialects of today, and then emerged so many nations, and tribes, and sects in the world. As the result the building of the tower failed to continue, and the people began to quarrel among themselves that end with so many wars among the nations we have heard and experienced up to this day. To maintain the true religion of Noah and his ancestors the Lord has chosen the Hebrews as a nation to be His chosen people ever since. So was the Hebrews to represent God and His truth on the earth, that they had been blessed of the Lord to be saved by grace, not to directly be delivered from sin and sinners, but that they could make use of the truths sent to them through God’s messengers, the prophets and the apostles, who have been emerged out from within their own nations. Actually the Hebrew have been chosen of God not to have the truths of salvation for their own benefit, but that they in turn could disseminate the messages of salvation unto all nations. That only by fulfilling the will of God for the salvation of mankind that they could successfully build their own faith in God. However, due to their own backsliding from time to time against the truths and their messengers, that at last in the year 34 their status as a chosen people of God was taken away. That is the reason why beginning from the year 34 the status of a chosen people would no more be granted to a nation, but only to every Christian individually. That means that we will be saved by grace individually. To this end Sister Ellen G. White said: “The work of preparation is an individual work. We are not saved in groups. The purity and devotion of one will not offset the want of these qualities in another.”—The Faith I live by, p. 211 As God’s people now living in this time of the end, we must be sure that we have been saved by grace individually into the Laodicean Church of Seventh-Day Adventists. It is by the Providence of God that we have been led individually into this Church: some by way of marriage relationship, others through work relationship, or maybe by way of education in the Seventh - day Adventist Colleges, and so on. And that is just in this Laodicean Church of God we must be able to have built the true faith in Jesus, which is the faith that could justify us before God. Jesus said: “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” – John 14 : 15. Justified by Faith Apostle Paul said: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” – Hebrew 11 : 1. In the more complete epistle from the appointed servant of God, he said: “By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for him that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarded of them that diligently seek him. By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise; For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised. Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable. These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. But now they desire a better country, that is, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city. By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son. Of whom it was said, that in Isaac shall thy seed be called: Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in figure. By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come. By faith Jacob, when he was a dying, blessed both the sons of Joseph; and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff. By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones. By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king’s commandment. By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter; choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompense of the reward.. By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible. Through faith he kept the Passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the first born should touch them. By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned. By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days. By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace.” – Hebrews 11 : 4 – 31. Apostle Paul gave us several examples of the same faith of those mentioned above. In fact all of them have proven that faith must be followed by work. Faith must be seen in the practical doing of those things believed or else it could not be deemed faith in the sense of the Bible. Those mentioned by Paul have done rightfully their faith in the sight of the Lord, and that is why their faith has been documented in the Bible to be the right examples for us. Faith must be based upon the Law of God and all the Rules of Implementation of the Law. So without the Rules of Implementation in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, the Law could not be taken into practical religion. This means that such a faith is only a failure. That is the reason why the servant of the Lord said: “The work for these last days is a missionary work. Present truth from the first letter of its alphabet to the last, means missionary effort.”-- Counsels on Health, p. 300 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. …. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth.” – John 1 : 1, 14. “In the Revelation all the books of the Bible meet and end. Here is the complement of the book of Daniel. One is a prophecy; the other a revelation.” – The Acts of the Apostles, p. 585 “Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.” – Revelation 1 : 3 “There are many who claim to have faith but how shall we know that it is genuine? The Lord has given us a test by which we may prove our profession and the profession of others. The prophet says: ‘To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.’ John declares, ‘He that saith, I know him and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.’ This test applies to those who have been enlightened in regard to the claims of God’s law. The principles of the Bible must be brought into every-day life, to enlighten conscience, and regulate the conduct.” – EGW. Review and Herald, vol. 2, p. 513 This means, the words which apply for these last days would include the whole Gospel known ever since the beginning of creation up to the last word of the Revelation. According to the prophecy of Zechariah chapter 4, all those have now been interpreted into the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, to be the Rules of Implementation of the Ten Commandments. Deuteronomy 29 : 29. Blessed are you and me who are willing to read them and hear them, and have taken them into the practical religion, because that just the true faith is. Such a faith could be built and developed only in the Laodicean Church, especially in the class of those five virgins, because only there could we be furnished with the whole truth of the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. Only there could we maintain our status as citizenship of the kingdom of heaven, for despite we may yet fall seven times we would raise up again. Proverb 24 : 16. And then to be forgiven our sins. Isaiah 1 : 18. Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, the Israelite, and Rahab the harlot, all of them have testified of how to have their faith justified before the Lord. Not because they have reached a condition of holiness required by the Law, but due to the Lord’s own righteousness that has sanctified them. They all have died in the faith, even after being sanctified by Christ’s righteousness. The servant of the Lord said: “Pardon and justification are one and the same thing. Through faith, the believer passes from the position of a rebel, a child of sin and Satan, to the position of a loyal subject of Christ Jesus, not because of an inherent goodness, but because Christ receives him as His Child by adoption. The sinner receives the forgiveness of his sins, because these sins are born by his Substitute and Surety.” – EGW. SDA Bible Commentary, vol. 7 – A, p. 294 Sanctified by Christ’s Righteousness Brother Houteff said: “That the period of ‘righteousness by grace’ is now in the past; that we have now come to the time in which our safety lies only in practicing ‘righteousness by faith,’ if we expect to be rewarded with the ‘righteousness of Christ,’ and crowned with eternal life.” – Timely Greetings, vol. 2, No. 39, p. 25 Our existence in the Church of Laodicea or Seventh-Day Adventist Church, is testifying by itself that we have been saved by grace. That is, we have been called into this representative kingdom of heaven on the earth, not to rightly enjoy an everlasting life from now on, but that we have passed the first step of the process of salvation. So we have to know that the period of ‘righteousness by grace’ or ‘saved by grace’ is now in the past. And we have now come to the period in which our safety lies only in building and developing the faith that could justify us later before God... Later after having the true faith in God, which is to justify us before Him, and then we would be sanctified by Christ’s righteousness here on earth. Nevertheless this does not mean that after being sanctified by Christ’s righteousness, we would be invulnerable to death, nor to be immune of all kind of diseases. Death and diseases are not the everlasting death and maladies that could prevent us from gaining the everlasting life, because they are only temporary in character that is to accompany us to the death bed. Then comes the resurrection for those who love to see His appearing. Abraham is well-known as the man of faith, even the father of all men of faith. Nevertheless he is still resting in the dust of the earth up to this day. Moses is also well-known as the very favored one of God. And yet he must first suffer the experience of death here on the earth, although only for to be called to life again and then be taken up to the heavenly kingdom. Moses has lived a sanctified life for a long time here on the earth up to the time he died. So he not only died in the true faith that justifies, but also after being sanctified by Christ’s righteousness. And he has been called to life again, because the Lord sees it fit to crown him with the everlasting life. There are many more men and women of faith of the past history, who not only have died in the faith, and have been sanctified by Christ’s righteousness, but they also have been resurrected together with Jesus in the year 31. Those are the ones who have been crowned with the everlasting life that they are now officiating together with Jesus in the judgment hall of the heavenly sanctuary. In the coming purification of the Laodicean Church as prophesied in Isaiah 66 : 16 – 21, Ezekiel chapter 9, Revelation chapter 7, Malachi 3 : 2, 3 , and others, those who are to have escaped alive from the purification process would be invulnerable to death. This should be understood, because those are the Seventh-Day Adventists of the true faith in God, who have been sanctified by Christ’s righteousness and have been crowned with the everlasting life. In regard to those Sister White said: “Especially in the closing work for the Church, in the sealing time of the one hundred and forty-four thousand who are to stand without fault before the throne of God, will they feel most deeply the wrongs of God’s professed people. This is forcibly set forth by the prophet’s illustration of the last work under the figure of the men each having a slaughter weapon in his hand.” – 3 Testimonies, p. 266. “The sealing of the servants of God is the same that was shown to Ezekiel in vision. John also had been a witness of this most startling revelation.”– Testimonies to Ministers, p. 445. “Not one of us will ever receive the seal of God while our characters have one spot or stain upon them. It is left with us to remedy the defects in our characters, to cleanse the soul temple of every defilement. Then the latter rain will fall upon us as the early rain fell upon the disciples on the day of Pentecost.” – Testimony Treasures, vol. 2, p. 69. “For many be called, but few chosen.” – Matthew 20 : 16. Though many be called by this message of sealing to associate into the company of the five wise virgins, but only a few of them, 144.000 in number, will be chosen to be sealed. “These are they which were not defiled with women, because they are v i r g i n s. ….. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.” – Rev. 14 : 4, 5. We have been saved by grace into the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, specifically into the group of the wise virgins. Here we have been blessed to have built and developed the true faith that justifies us before the Lord, that in turn many of us would have been sanctified by Christ righteousness. The sealing upon the fore-heads of those 144.000 wise virgins will be carried out because they have been sanctified by Christ righteousness. And the sealing would identify only those who have been crowned with the everlasting life. Conclusion The word of The Lord through His servant said: “We shall not be held accountable for the light that has not reached our perception, but for that which we have resisted and refused. A man could not apprehend the truth which had never been presented to him, and therefore could not be condemned for light he had never had. But if he had opportunity to hear the message, and to become acquainted with the truth, and yet refused to improve his opportunity, he will be among the number of whom Christ said: ‘Ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.’ Those who deliberately place themselves where they will not have an opportunity of hearing the truth will be reckoned among those who have heard the truth, and persistently resisted its evidences.” – EGW Bible Commentary, vol. 7 – A, p. 265. The Church symbolized by the woman of Revelation 12 had ever fled into the wilderness. And during the dark ages of religion between 538 and 1798, up to now the Lord Himself had preserved her ever since. Without having free access to the Bible during the dark ages, without the knowledge of the true Sabbath of the Lord and several other truths of the words of God, they could have maintained their faith up to the time Martin Luther came as the first reformer with the first doctrinal subject of the Bible: “The just shall live by faith.” Many of those martyrs during the dark ages were now laid in the graves. Despite having only simple faith upon the very limited availability of truth during their life time, they have been justified their faith and have died in the sanctification by Christ’s righteousness. As Seventh-Day Adventists, we are now living in the time of the end. The Bible, which has ever been barred from the people during the dark ages, under the suppressive power of the papacy of the Roman Catholic, is now free for the investigation of everyone. And through the services of the reformers from the time of Martin Luther up to this time of the end, the Bible has been fully interpreted into the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, which is now available only with the association of those wise virgins in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. So the only people of God in this time of the end would be identified by their keeping of the Law and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, to be the foundation of their faith. And this is the people who have the true justifying faith of God, who are now living the sanctified life of Christ righteousness. Brother Houteff again reminded us by saying: “That the period of ‘righteousness by grace’ (or saved by grace) is now in the past; that we have now come to the time in which our safety lies only in practicing ‘righteousness by faith’ (or justification by faith), if we expect to be rewarded with the ‘righteousness of Christ’ (or sanctified by Christ righteousness), and crowned with eternal life.” – Timely Greetings, vol. 2, No. 39, p. 25 (in brackets added) Nevertheless, it is an undeniable fact that due to heart capacity of men to know God differs from one to another, and then the value of man before the Lord would also vary. I dare say this because the servant of the Lord has said: “In the sight of God wealth and position do not exalt one man above the other.” – EGW. Bible Commentary, vol. 7 – A, p. 39. “The value of man is estimated in heaven according to the capacity of the heart to know God. This knowledge is the spring from which flows all power.” – Christ’s Object Lessons, pp. 354 – 355. Despite the availability of the Law and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY in our midst have been complete, to be taken as foundation of faith, not every one of us has the same capacity to know them all. That is why, “We shall not be held accountable for the light that has not reached our perception, but only for that which we have resisted and refused.”, thus said the Lord through His servant. But to the opposite, we have been seriously warned in the following words: “Those who have an opportunity to hear the truth, and yet take no pains to hear or understand it, thinking that if they do no hear, they will not be accountable, will be judged guilty before God the same as if they had heard and rejected. There will be no excuse for those who choose to go in error when they might understand what is truth. In His sufferings and death Jesus has made atonement for all sins of ignorance, but there is no provision made for willful blindness. …..” --EGW. SDA Bible Commentary, vol. 7 – A, p. 265. Repentance seemed to be the only condition required upon every-one of us to be deemed justified his faith before God. Nevertheless, for us to repent we need the knowledge of the Law and its Rules of Implementations in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. Moses the historian of creation and the law scientist of God ever said: “The secret things belong unto the Lord our God : but those things which are revealed (in the Bible and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY) belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law (of Ten Commandments).” – Deuteronomy 29 : 29. (In brackets added) And for the heathen who had no opportunity to know God through His Law and the Testimony of His Spirit (THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY), the servant of the Lord said: “Those whom Christ commends in the judgment may have known little of theology, but they have cherished His principles. Through the influence of the divine Spirit they have been a blessing to those about them. Even among the heathen are those who have cherished the spirit of kindness; before the words of life had fallen upon their ears, they have befriended the missionaries, even ministering to them at the peril of their own lives. Among the heathen are those who worship God ignorantly, yet they will not perish. Though ignorant of the written law of God, they have heard His voice speaking to them in nature, and have done the things that the law required. Their works are evidence that the Holy Spirit has touched their hearts, and they are recognized as the children of God. “How surprised and gladdened will be the lowly among the nations, and among the heathen, to hear from the lips of the Saviour, “In as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, ye have done it unto Me”! How glad will be the heart of Infinite Love as His followers look up with surprise and joy at His words of approval.!“ -- The Desire of Ages, p. 638. The fact is clear now that through the process of “Saved by Grace”, the Holy Spirit has led even the heathen, who never before had any knowledge of the written words of God, to the knowledge of God in nature. They have been officially recognized as citizens of the kingdom, and have been recommended by Jesus Himself for their salvation, in the heavenly court which is now going on in the sanctuary above. The Law of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ, as the standard of His Justice have been presented to all men through the history of mankind. Not only through the written words to His own chosen people, the Hebrews, and later to the so-called Christians up to this time of the end, but to all the heathen as well.
