Here’s a workout than can assist in your post-Thanksgiving turkey burn: 100 swim (focus on technique form video) 50 kick with board (put face in water & practice underwater exhale) 100 swim (focus on technique form video) 50 kick with board (put face in water & practice underwater exhale) 4 x 75s Freestyle (increase the speed of your underwater pull every 25) 4 x 50s 1st 25 (focus on underwater drive by catch up – explained in video) 2nd 25 (maintain catch up but add an overkick) 200 smooth swim (focus on technique and breathing out underwater) 4 x 25s FAST (your choice of stroke) 100 ez ENJOY! :)
