HARD BODIE U.S.A. I AM FOREVER FITNESS FOLLOW ME. Work your body like a business take accurate accounts of excercises, reps and sets. At the end of every month calculate growth vs loss and add weight volume to problem areas where growth seems somewhat stagnate. Once again always focus on the total body for total body and complete overall definition. Its not about everyone trying to be a Bodybuilder its about being body complete. For myself as A competitive Bodybuilder I try to add 5 to 10 pounds onto each excercise for each muscle group which redults in pyramid up ten sets to pyramid back down ten sets to failure or exhaustion. Never have a set number in your head as to how many reps go to failure no pain no gain or no loss. It works it that simple. Truth.
