HARD PAGE DEAD ICC AGAIN USED BY USA ON NORTH KOREA. Again the UN Security Council has erred by referring North Korea to inept ICC under an inept Chief Prosecutor called Fatou Bensouda who will waffle, blunder, bungle , and cause mayhem in Asian continent when she sends the types of Makau Mutua and intermediaries to gather information for OTP like what she did in Libya where the OTP flawed all rules . I like President Musevenis proposal for Africa to withdraw amass from ICC because we have to distance our selves before it is too late. Let Africans consolidate their national judicial mechanisms and review the ICC treaty. If the was law in the ICC why has USA refused to ratify the ICC treaty? why why why? If USA felt that ICC was insecure for their FIRST CLASS CITIZENS , why has it subjected others to a court that dangles and waffles on all matters? Africa must get away from such an amorphous body that has no tail, no wings but wants to fly , no head but wants to think using NGOS, no tail but wants to swim into international justice in the world. Why should our citizens of Africa be subjected to a French dominated club which decides on who should lead a country in Africa? I personally believe that the policy of engagement and containment of North Korea is the best way out in resolving the North Korean crisis if any . Instead of the USA turning to regime change tool called ICC, like the have done on Kenya , they should create conditions of further dialogue and engagement before they create more war in the Korean enclave. The Questions I pose here are: Why has the USA failed to ask ICC to investigate Alshabaab in Somalia? Why has the USA failed to ask ICC to investigate ISIS in Syria? Answers: It is because the USA is responsible for the chaos we see in Syria and Somalia. In 1991 , they invaded Somalia and dismantled a regime and left East Africans with a burden of removing war lords and militants that have changed names since then- to Al-Shabaab with the blessing of some radical elements in CIA. Secondly , ISIS is the fault of USA and France who wanted to tame Syrian President Assad and now it has turned on Western interests in the Middle-East killing many Britons , Americans , French nationals who are trapped in the war zone. Kenyans and Africans now you can see for selves why Africa has to move away from such a body that creates havoc instead of creating solutions for peace in the world. Dr. David Matsanga Son of Soil.
