HARD WORK at HomeI,EXCELLING ABROAD OUR PM Miles ahead of the Game.In the Parliament Chamber and reflecting on the great Vision of the Hon Prime Minister, this is the final day of Budget Scrutiny i.e. the Standing Finance Committee .A new approach of the People s Partnership led by our esteemed Prime Minister Hon Kamla Persad Bissessar SC demonstrating our commitment to Financial Accountability and Transparency .While her Ministers and MPs are hard at working the House the Prime Minister is at the UN working 20 hour days making the rounds and signaling T&T clear positions on Global Issues ,Attracting MajorInternational Investments and Spelling out specific action we will take as a Government and a People. We wish to congratulate the PM on her outstanding work in particular the fact that she announced that : Trinidad and Tobago has agreed to sponsor the UN Security Council resolution on foreign terrorist fighters. We commend Prime Minister Kamla Persad Bissessar, leader of the United National Congress, on taking this bold stand on behalf of Trinidad and Tobago.
