***HARLEY QUINN WANTS TO PLAY..WITH YOU!*** A volunteer writes: Our Harley Quinn is no villain but a very pretty medium size blue brindle with butterfly ears and bright eyes, found as a stray and residing for now, with us at the Manhattan Care Center. The villains are rather those who fed her, an innocent little girl, to the streets. HQ is a reasonably well nourished and well groomed female who beside a mild kennel cough looks quite healthy. She is friendly and sociable, high energy but a good listener. She can sit on command after a few prompts and of course for treats that she loves. She knows what a ball is and will run and jump for it. She gets so excited at the sight of food or a toy... I am not sure that she knows how to retrieve. I guess, I need a few more sessions with her to discover who Harley Quinn really is... HQ pulls on the leash. She is quite excited to be out and does her business as soon as we reach the street. She does not mind the eye of the camera and nears other dogs with a healthy enthusiasm. After spending some time playing, Harley Quinn, likes to hop on the bench and lay on my lap for quiet time and caresses. She is an affectionate girl who needs an active owner who will give her plenty of play time but also love and the safety and warmth of a home. Harley Quinn is waiting for you, her real forever best friend and master..
