HAROLD WINKWORTH SEEKS WARD 4 SEAT ON CE COUNCIL . . . Harold Winkworth says he decided he needed to get involved with Central Elgin council after challenging a sewer project for the Eastwood subdivision. Winkworth was spokesperson for an Eastwood group that challenged the sewer project and saw the cost per homeowner drop dramatically. “When it was all over with I just said, I need to get involved. Weve got the wrong people in here, ” said Winkworth, 63. He clarified that “not everybody” falls into that category.
