HAS AFRICA BENEFITED FROM HER RESOURCES. Africa ranks top among the continents of the world in terms of natural resources. The truth is that these resources have rarely profited its citizens due to corruption, misappropriation, wickedness and poor administrative system. Most African Heads of states possess mansions overseas while their national roads lie in dilapidation. Others have huge sum of finances in Swiss accounts while their populates struggle for ends meat. Our question for today is were those resources just intended for the elite class of politicians? Whats wrong with this continent? What can be done to avert these situations?
