Super Wal-Mart, Super Target c. Regional, super-regional malls d. Colleges, universities e. Healthcare corridors f. Movie Theaters (Stadium Seating - First Runs) 6. Minimum daily traffic count in front of site - 25,000 7. Minimum daily traffic count on adjacent side street - 10,000 As you can see our local community meets many of the requirements but not all and; unfortunately, the base itself does not meet the requirements.
