HAVE YOU STARTED A PRAYER BOX? You may like to make up a PRAYER CARD for your box that reminds you to pray for the families suffering from the abuse of ISIS in Iraq and Syria. Here is just one story: Jengars nine-year-old daughter Mamir disappeared and went missing for several days in northern Iraq. He feared the absolute worst. Several days later, ISIS terrorists dumped and abandoned several girls in a remote area, leaving them bruised, beaten, and abused. Mamir was one of them. After RUN rescuers reunited Jengar with his daughter, he could tell that she had been violated in every way. Together they found safety in a Community of Hope refugee camp. But Jengars and Mamirs story doesnt end there. Soon after her rescue, Jengar cried out to God late one night, desperately praying for his young daughter to be healed. Then he felt a presence touch him, and his heart felt peace. The next morning, he saw that joy had returned to Mamirs eyes. She had been healed! Jengar writes: The miracle rescue and healing of my daughter, Mamir, shows the mercy and love of God. Please pray! There are hundreds of daughters like my daughter, who are facing terrible threats from ISIS. But I believe that our Jesus has the super power over all evil.
