HB 4133, 4134, and 4350 (three bills we oppose) have been reported out of the House Judiciary Committee with a favorable recommendation (read: it passed out of committee). These bills would add retired State Corrections workers, Retired Federal Law Enforcement, and County prosecutors (who originally opposed shall-issue) to be amongst the special people who can carry concealed (with a CPL) in so-called pistol free zones.
