HB PLEASE SHARE- FOUND DOG I found this dog after surfing in Sunset Beach this morning. I initially saw her around Broadway by the beach around 5:15 AM. I thought she was just a neighborhood dog because she has a collar. When I left around 7:45 AM, I saw her scrambling on PCH and dodging cars. She is sunburnt and is covered in fleas.
