HCG: Prepare Yourself by keeping your fridge loaded with pre-cooked / prepped food. If you have HCG approved foods already cooked in ziplock bags in your refrigerator you are unlikely to reach for something that is off protocol while heading out the door. Always, Always, Always Read Nutrition Labels. Especially while on HCG Phase 3. Avoid processed foods that use phrases such as “fat free” or “low fat”, because if the item is not naturally fat free, the absence of fat is usually replaced with more sugars and carbs to help the item remain tasty. Remember, while on HCG Phase 3 fat is not the food group to avoid, its sugars and starches. diy
