Application installation, configuration & publishing on a citrix server & setting up load balancing within citrix farm as per the client requirements. Trouble shooting daily issues regarding Citrix access, Performance by Providing Remote Assistance. Managed custom built business critical applications on Citrix. Managing citrix licensing & terminal services licensing and windows terminal server. Primary responsibility is to ensure High uptime for Servers. Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed for daily user call reports-Doing problem management, proposing changes & implementing them. Windows 2000/2003/2008 Servers - commission, recovery, maintenance, troubleshooting of OS and hardware issues, decommission etc. Good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and WINS Servers management using remote tools (ILO/DRAC/OpenManage) Interested!
