HE IS ABLE to Deal Gently with those who are ignorant and are Going Astray, Since He Himself is SUBJECT to Weakness. This is why he has to offer sacrifices for His own sins, as well as for the sins of the people. No one takes this honor upon himself; He Must be Called by God, Just as AARON was. But God said to him, You are my Son; today I have become your Father. 6 And he says in another place, You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek. 7 During the days of Jesus life on earth, he offered up Prayers and Petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and He was heard because of his reverent submission. 8 Although He was a Son, He Learned Obedience from what He Suffered 9 And, Once Made Perfect, He Became THE SOURCE OF ETERNAL SALVATION For all who Obey Him 10 And was Designated by God to be high priest in the order of Melchizedek. 11 We have much to say about this, but it is hard to explain because you are slow to learn. 12 In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of Gods word all over again. You need milk, not solid food! 13 Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. 14 But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Therefore, Rid Yourselves of ALL MALICE and ALL DECEIT, HYPOCRISY, ENVY, and SLANDER of every kind. 2 Like Newborn Babies, CRAVE PURE SPIRITUAL MILK, so that by it you may Grow Up in YOUR SALVATION, 3 Now that you have TASTED that the LORD IS GOOD. This Bread is MY FLESH, which I will give for the life of the world.” 52 Then the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves, “How can this man give us His flesh to eat?” 53 Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, Unless you Eat the flesh of the Son of Man and Drink His blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever Eats MY FLESH and Drinks My Blood has ETERNAL LIFE and I WILL RAISE THEM UP AT THE LAST DAY 55 For MY FLESH is REAL FOOD and My Blood is REAL Drink. 56 Whoever Eats MY FLESH and Drinks My Blood, REMAINS in Me, and I in them. 57 Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. 58 This is the Bread that came down from heaven. Your Ancestors ate manna and died, BUT Whoever feeds on THIS BREAD will LIVE FOREVER.
