Lisa Anne hi , has a black cat with half a tail been handed in to you from warwick close saxilby ? my sister has been told that her cat ( arthur ) has been handed to the rspca as a stray by a neighbour that knew he was hers , ( they said it was rspca , but im asking everyone ) all because he sat in her garden ( neighbours ) and that apparantlybothered her !! . he is black with a small bit of white on chest i think , he has half a tail and is fat !! im pretty sure she would like him back if you have him please . thanks Cats in Crisis Lincoln
