HE WHO EXCUSES HIMSELF ACCUSES HIMSELF.... At the office of the Provincial Prosecutor Hilltop Taytay Rizal, the suspects Joseph Ahitan of brgy cuyambay Tanay Rizal and Alvin Velasquez of brgy Sampaloc Tanay Rizal, were brought by Tanay police backed up by 1st Maneuver Platoon of Rizal Public Safety Company. Summary investigation was conducted involving the 2 persons arrested and detained. To determine whether suspects should remain under custody of Tanay Police, Inquest was done on behest of the Public Prosecutor. The 2 suspects were able to confront me and admittedly told in public the guilt of the crime. "sir nagawa lng nmi un dhil sa kagipitan, patawarin nio na kme sir, khit pagtrabahuhan nmen ung perwisyo sa inyo ngaun lng po ngawa un sir..." the 2 confessed. Me Judice - On my opinion and personal assessment both were liars. They came prepared based on the materials used and the means applied on robbing my stags when they entered by force destroying the fence and the front gate. They have motorcycle parked on the brgy road adjacent to my farm and they carried away 9 heads of stags while riding in tandem. Worst is, they were even prepared to kill should my farm Boys have noticed their presence inside my farm. I have signed the required affidavits and filed my formal complaint before the office of the public prosecutor. Let them hate me, provided they fear the existing law.....
