HEADROCK URGENTLY NEEDS A FOOD & MEDICINE ROOM! YOUR DONATION HOWEVER SMALL MEANS SO MUCH: k9aid.org/cs_cause/help-build-headrocks-food-medicine-room/ Small things become luxuries to small dog shelters like Headrock Dogs Rescue in Bang Saphan, Thailand. Headrocks current food storage room is so small, they have to take the roof tiles off to put the food bags inside! Medicines for the dogs are stored in the current washroom and the space is now way too small for the number of dogs they care for. Because of lack of food storage, the food bags have to be left outside - much to the dogs delight! Two days ago shelter owner Thep and his 2 cousins started work in a new food storage room which will also have room for a fridge to keep the medicines - a luxury they have never had before. Theyd also like to install a sink to wash medical equipment & their hands! Headrocks facilities have evolved over the past 8 years & lack of funds meant theyve had to make do with what ‘Jack Built’. This new construction will make life so much easier for everyone. Best of all the dogs won’t be able to make holes in the bags and steal the food! The total cost of the structure & fittings will be around $800. We are hoping our supporters can help raise $400 towards the costs.
