Contrary to such opinion, exercise has formed part of our recommendations for good health & good weight. Why do we think exercise is a good natural remedy for many conditions? Exercise helps you to burn more calories, during activity and at rest. This enables your system to achieve a healthy balance between your calorie intake & calorie expended. If you expend 100 calories more than what you consume, you will lose weight. Exercise strengthens & tones muscles of the abdomen, legs, arms etc, helping to improve your appearance. If you were very fat before & you use only nutrition to crash your weight, youre likely to show wrinkles if you dont achieve some toning through exercise. Exercise enhances the circulation of blood thereby reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure etc. Exercise enhances mental & physical stamina, slowing down the aging process by increasing the transfer of oxygen & other important nutrients to your bodys cells. Too much exercise, however, can cause the release of free radicals to your body, thereby causing you to age more. Exercise reduces stress by burning excess stress chemicals in the outward physical activity rather than those chemicals doing inward harm.
