HEALTH WATCH!!!! This is great information HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE people taking fish oil it has been found out that 75% increase in prostate cancer. Now is this the fish oil or the pollution within our oceans. Since the Japan nuclear disaster radiation has polluted our environment and NO not only for Japan affecting the whole world specially the California coast line marine life and now the land. There is much factual proof if you just look. Health is achieved by a BALANCED diet of Non POLUTED including (GMO, PESTISIDES, ADDETIVES etc) Know that there is much advice given but there is also a lot of misinformation out there put out by those that have their own self-serving interests it is in todays world up to you to take control of what you take into yourselves. Remember for the mind to be healthy there has to be a healthy body, and for the mind and body to be healthy there has to be a healthy spirit. Balance is the key mind body and spirit all in balance. Otherwise the unbalance will manifest itself physically and much faster in a polluted body
