HEALTHY CAFFEINE ALTERNATIVES? Even on a low carb diet I often get post meal coma to the extent where I dont trust myself to do high focus work. Working out or taking a nap helps, but is not always practical and I do both every day as is. Coffee is not an option as Im genotype A,C for allele rs762551 - making me a slow caffeine metabolizer (it gives me physical discomfort). Green Tea is fine though, likely due to its low caffeine and high theanine levels, but not too much of a pick me up. The usual stuff thats recommended through a Google search is: Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng, Sublingual Vitamin B12, Teeccino, Cafix, Apples, drinking more water. Looking for someone with actual experience and dosage recommendations, sublingual B12 seems worth a shot?
