HEALTHY LIVING When we look at taking up exercise some of us can get a little obsessed with weight loss, how many inches weve lost. Results are brilliant and your gonna see them ! However life is to short to be obsessed about what weight you are. This is why we dont take measurements and inches thats private and for only you to know, we are one stage of your healthy lifestyle. These are some of things I think are also important. >ENERGY LEVELS from exercise you also get higher energy levels, which in turn will give you more energy at work, more energy with the kids, this is invaluable because a healthy body = healthy mind. >CONFIDENCE Weve watched a lot of our clients come out of their shells grow in confidence in social skills ability levels. People have gone from not being able to run to competing in 1/2 marathons >FITNESS LEVELS It goes without saying that fitness levels are going to rise, our circuits are based on the structural process I learnt as a physical instructor in the military, so working all parts of the body and working them well, we are also able to make this fun as well as challenging. >SOCIAL GROUPING it goes without saying that we have a tight group the number of new friends Ive seen made is great to see, from all different social backgrounds new friendships are formed all of the time through healthy living. So when you exercise dont let results dominate your life, enjoy living your life healthy and fit and the results will naturally happen. GET FIT STAY FIT
