HEART ATTACK UPDATE: Had extremely positive doctor visits this week (cardiologist and internist).....continuing daily workouts at gym....heading to Slovenia Monday (with doctors blessing and, dare I say, encouragement)....feeling reasonably balanced and focused these days (maybe intermittently balanced/focused is more apropos.....but hey this IS life)....just happy to be here.....Sometimes just have to remember it is as simple as taking some slow. deep, breaths......as I head off to fly the friendly skies.....I leave you with Peace and Love...Peace and Love.....and the video from my favorite Perpetuum Jazzile recording....a song that always brightens my day, gives me goosebumps when I hear it live and just generally gets me in a good mood (remember....no instruments were used in the recording of this music!).
