HEART, BODY & SOUL TOPIC FOR TODAY (29-09-14) . . . Good Evening Oqui, my name is Stella. I want to thank you for the topic you treated last week on the scarcity of trust. I learned so much, but would like to seek clarification in an aspect of trust. I have been through series of heartbreaks in the past to the point I became convinced that I was the cause of them all and decided never to trust again. After the last heartbreak, I met a counselor who I shared my ordeals with and he told me that I was truly the cause of my problems. He said that I trusted the guys in my relationship while the Bible advised us not to put our trust in a human being. He also said that I am not supposed to trust anybody let alone the guy I am dating. He advised that I should only trust in God and not in anyone else. Mr Oqui, I have heard you discuss the importance of trust in every relationship, so I am now confused: do you agree with this counselor that I met; do you think that I made a mistake in trusting the guys I dated?
