HEART & BRAIN PNoy * 15th President of the Failippines mainly due to sympathy vote on May 2010. PNoy never got much attention until the much mourned : 1. Death of mother on Aug. 01 09 (1-year prior election). 2. Assassination of Father on Aug. 21 83. * Being son of Ninoy and Cory is not enough reason to lead this nation. Riding on the Legacy of parents are people feels obligated to give PNoy an equal level of endearment. * Brother of a Showbiz Personality Kris * Elected Congressman (with poor accomplishments) * Elected Senator (with poor accomplishments) The only foundation of PNoy becoming President capitalize on emotions, heart or feelings (sympathy/gratefulness) of Fail-lipinos and their tendency to vote only the popular (name recall). Competence is not a factor or least considered, because Fail-lipinos vote celebrities/popular candidates or decides based on sympathy (emotion) rather than an intelligent decision (reason). PHILIPPINES can’t progress by mere emotions to lead our way. Also, intelligence/reasons alone cant help solve our problems. For Philippines to finally progress, our ideal President must possess a strong foundation of both HEART & BRAIN. JOSE RIZAL Today is our National Hero Day - Jose Rizal known as the First Filipino or Greatest Man of the Brown Race. In commemoration of 118th anniversary this year’s theme is “Rizal 2014: Dunong at Pusong Pilipino.” Rizal love (HEART) our nation and advocated our liberty through peaceful means rather than by violent revolution. And being one of Asias first intellectuals, Rizal have unwavering support and commitment to promote & inspire others of the importance education (BRAINS) to Nation Building.
