HEIDIS FALL CLASS SCHEDULE…..now offering classes at TWO LOCATIONS (Centered Within Yoga & Fusion Pilates – addresses below). In order for clients to take advantage of ALL my classes; I’m happy to offer the PUNCH CARD option between the two studios (some restrictions apply; please ask Heidi for details). Now that summer is slowly coming to an end, I’m hoping everyone will get back into their routine of staying FIT and HEALTHY. Below is a class description and morning/evening times available for your convenience. BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING combines the intensity of resistance strength training to help the muscles we use in our everyday activities become more functionally strong. Working at your OWN PACE/LEVEL with a PARTNER if you prefer, you will use a combination of equipment including free weights, stability balls, bosu ball, tubing, bands, medicine balls, body bar, equalizer bars, spinning bikes, TRX, cable pulleys, etc., etc. as well as your own body weight within a fun and energized CIRCUIT TRAINING class that are always changing and guaranteed to be a great sweat. You will be challenged to develop muscle tone, core strength, stability, cardio level and an overall mind/body balance. The endurance and coordination exercises will target your core, burn body fat and define your body beautifully! #1 CLASS SCHEDULE – Centered Within Yoga Mondays = 6 am ** Mondays are a specialized strength training class typically targeting 1-2 specific muscles!! Wednesdays = 6 am Saturdays = 8 am LOCATION Centered Within Yoga (corner of 203 & Dewdney Trunk Road by Cutting Edge Nutrition) 20306 Dewdney Trunk Rd. Unit #5 Maple Ridge, BC V2X 3E2 #2 CLASS SCHEDULE – Fusion Pilates Studio Mondays = 7:15 pm Wednesdays = 7:15 pm ** STARTING SEPT 10, 2014 LOCATION Fusion Pilates & Weight Training Studio (South on 203 across train tracks, turn right into 1st parking lot, 2nd floor) #216 - 20295 - 113B Avenue Maple Ridge, BC V2X 6E9 • Air conditioned & wear runners!
