HELLO Marvelous Comrades! For the last few weeks, God has shown Light House of Prayer (L.H.O.P.) that in order to carry His heart, we must cultivate a Lifestyle of Intimacy! Since then we have embarked with Matt Candler & Dana Candler on The Way of Intimacy! So far, it has been a beautiful journey of encountering: who God is and who we are in Him! In Mike Bickles Book, Passion for Jesus: Cultivating Extravagant Love for God, he states: I believe the greatest problem in the church is that we have an entirely inadequate and distorted idea of Gods heart. We can experience short-term renewal through prayer and ministry. But to achieve long-term renewal and freedom, we must change our ideas about who God is. In your private thoughts, what do you believe Gods personality is like? Your entire spiritual future is related to how you answer this question in the secret place of you heart, because inaccurate ideas of God will have a negative emotional impact on you. Fire cannot be sustained without oxygen. No oxygen; no fire! Zeal (passionate commitment), cannot be sustained without daily and intimately encountering the Living & Breathing Word of God! If our hearts are consumed in the Triune God, Revival Will NOT Tarry! COME OUT, and encounter Gods Radical Love with L.H.O.P.! On Mondays, at Armory- Room 0110, 6:00pm- 8:30pm! :)
