HELLO...My name is Bosco! I am a 10 month old, extremely handsome male who was brought here to the shelter in early October found on the streets of Chicago on the southside. Local Police brought me to AWL, as I was scared of my own shadow. Since then, I’ve come a very long way working with all the awesome workers here. I’m ready for my forever home but I’m in need of someone who has experience with a dog that was neglected. Once I know you.. I won’t leave your side. I’m just learning how to walk on a leash and I’m a little leary of strangers... especially those little people you call “kids”. I like a lot of attention and they tell me I’m easy to train. I’ve already learned sit, give paw and I’m working on “lay down”. If you tell me to go in my cage, I’ll go! I’m already neutered too! The staff believes me to be a “Valley Bulldog”. Come on in and ask the adoption counselors to meet me. Adoption viewing hours are Mon-Fri 12-9pm, Sat 11-7pm and Sun 11-6pm. Adoption fees are $135.
