HELP A FELLOW RUNNER I started running in July and seemingly made good progress the first few months. I went from being able to run only two minutes without having to walk, to running a few 5Ks by September. I now run between 5 and 6 miles six days a week, but I cant seem to increase my mileage past that. Any tips to keep going? I feel like Ive stalled (I have increased my speed, but Im still on the slower side and feel like my distance should be increasing too). Thanks! -Hilary Macklin
