HELP!!! My daughter is going crazy and so frustrated she is about ready to explode! She is having problems with her room mates at PCV and shes been told its too late to request a move. I did tell her a few weeks ago to request the change, but she insisted that the girls were going to shape up. They didnt. She is tired of living in a mess hall with roomies who rarely clean up and says that their apt is dirtier than some of her male friends apartments/houses. I have looked up the petition to cancel housing but it says that she has to have withdrawn/have a hardship or gotten married in order to withdraw from her apt. Anyone know how to do this AND NOT LOSE ALL THEIR MONEY? (We paid for all years housing at the beginning). Shes in PCV.
