So, Im asking you to PLEASE consider helping our niece and her hubby take one more important step toward bringing home their son ... their legally adopted son who has been waiting more than a year in an orphanage for all the paperwork to be done so he can leave Republic of the Congo. A critical approval step has been taken by the US Government, and now little Eli needs to go to Kinshasa to get another piece of paper (and his passport) that will bring him one step closer to home and to meeting his brother and mother and father.
