HELP WANTED: Crossroads Community Vocational Program seeks applicants to assist clients with MH needs to obtain/ maintain employment in the community. Includes job development & placement. Must be flexible, competent & committed to promoting recovery & teaching employable skills. Prefer BA in Human Services & or applicable experience. Also team oriented direct care professionals needed to provide psychiatric rehab services in residential setting, promoting recovery and resiliency. Responsible for supporting ADL skill development, encouraging clients to maintain safe and healthy environment. Promote self-management. Prefer Human Services degree, or related work experience. Must be available to work evenings and/ or overnights & weekends. Clean background & driving record is required. Salary commensurate w/educ. & exper.
