HELP WITH RACK POSITION! Started training STRONGMAN in Feb, had been training bodybuilding prior to that. The hardest thing for me in strongman is the rack position in overhead events. People say to keep the elbows high and out in front of you. Doesnt this turn the press into a tricep extension and take the delts out of the move? Also when I try to get in this position I get firery pain from my tricep to my wrist. I am looking for pointers or cues especially for axle and barbell. You can check the overhead vid I posted yesterday to see my rack position. Thanks guys!
