HELP !!!! We are in dire need of $30,000 (before March 1st, 2015). This is the payoff/balloon payment amount for our land contract here on Faerie Hill Farm. Even though we have excellent credit and the ability to pay on time we were just turned down by yet another bank because we have an alternative solar powered home that looks unusual. If we cannot raise this money immediately we risk losing everything we built and worked for here for the last 10+ years. Can any of you loan us the cash? How about purchasing a few acres (up to 8) for $3,750/acre? Another possibility is giving folks a lifetime lease on 1 acre building sites at $5000/acre, perfect for off-grid living.
