HELP!! We have had an outbreak of mites. The wild birds come into the pens and eat right along side of my chickens. I am assuming thats where they have come from. They are those tiny little brown mites...I always called them wild bird mites because thats where you usually see them..on wild birds. Anyway, I have dusted the runs, and given ivermectin to them. The ivermectin will usually kill internal and external parasites. Plus it worms them. But I am still seeing them. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions???
