We were just visited by some awesomely nice folk who told me the following events: Driving east on I-77 near Summit Lake, they saw a yellow Lab mix huddling against the concrete divider in the middle of the 4-6 lane highway! He made attempts to cross back to safety but the 65+ mph traffic scared him (rightly so) causing him to cling to the narrow ice slush space! They spent some time calling around but every place for pets was closed and not answering. Well, you know me.....I picked up and said, Sure, bring him over!
