HENRIETTE MOIRAMEE, a French born women who lived in Belgium. From the start of the invasion, she nursed and hid French and British soldiers together with the Belgian Princess Marie de Croy, in her Chateau de Bellignies in Bavay. She started to work together with Miss Edith Cavell and when she was arrested, Henriette could escape but was arrested on October 20, 1915. She recieved the death penalty which was converted into a life sentence in the Sieberg prison in Germany. She died in August 1918, aged 35.
