Ilaro Youth Council is an organisation of young people inspired to establish a mechanism for initiating and contributing to community and national discourse and have rapid response to topical issues that will put Yewaland in the front position on matters affecting the youths. The organisation is to empower youths across our communities to have a say and be heard Strengthen youth voice and listen to local young people Empower youth to make informed choices and value further education Improve access to higher education Support and promote good relations within Ogun state and nationally Support youth to inspect local services Support youth to volunteer Engage and inform youth through political and citizenship education Inspire youth to stay in education, job opportunities and training Build relationships between young people and their leaders Involve young people to tackle crimes and anti-social behaviour Give practical advice and support for business Networking Please join Ilaro Youth Council meeting tomorrow 2nd March, 2014 @ The Empire Pavilion, Ilaro.
