HERE IS A CHALLENGE TO TRY THIS WEEK :) Take out your starchy carbohydrate at night. Carbs are not bad foods, they are our energy foods and are needed earlier in the day when we are running around for energy! So have your starchy carb for your morning for breakfast (oatmeal) snack, (whole grain crackers and cottage cheese) or at lunch (good quality whole grain sandwich) and drop out the rice, potato, pasta, and bread at night. Carbs are also stored in water cells so you will lose some bloat and see that scale drop.
