HERE IT IS! EVERYONE KEEPS ASKING ABOUT MY PIE RECIPE. HERE IT IS. NOW YOU ALL CAN MAKE IT. :) Ingredients 1/2 pkg. (15 oz) refrigerated pie crusts (1 crust) 1 qt. fresh strawberries, divided 4 squares (1 oz. each) Ghirardelli white chocolate for baking.. (I use white chocolate chips its easier) 1 pkg. (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened 3/4 C. cold milk 1 pkg. (3.3 oz.) white chocolate instant pudding 1 1/2 C. fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained 1 C. thawed light or fat free cool whip Save a shopping List Directions 1 Preheat oven to 425°. Place pie crust in a deep dish pie plate, gently pressing dough into bottom and up sides; prick bottom. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. 2 Rinse strawberries and carefully dry on paper towels. Select 8 uniformly-sized strawberries for garnish. Slice each berry in half lengthwise, leaving stems on each half. Set aside. Hull remaining berries and slice using an egg slicer. 3 Melt white chocolate in microwave, uncovered, on high one minute, stirring after each 10 second interval until melted and smooth. Do not overheat. Dip strawberry halves in melted chocolate; place on parchment paper, cut side down. Place in refrigerator until set. 4 Scrape remaining melted chocolate over bottom of prepared crust; spread to coat entire bottom and sides of crust. Layer sliced strawberries over bottom of crust. 5 Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk until well blended. Add pudding; beat until it begins to thicken. Spread evenly over berries. Arrange blueberries in center of pie. Decorate with cool whip around edges using star tip press. Place chocolate covered strawberries on top.
