HERES A LITTLE FACT ON TAXES ! UNLESS OUR RIGHTS AND THE LAWS HAVE CHANGED OR OUR CONSTITUTION HAS BEEN REWRITTEN Then The Lower courts are not in compliance with supreme courts thus for the tax honesty movement was correct at a point ! Known for decades now , No law unless for profits and gains . Not for labor and trade ! The 16th amendment gave the Government No New Taxing Power and did not extend in the case Peck vs Lowe , meaning if you were not taxable before the 16th then your not taxable after the 16th (title 26 requires you to file a return) . Also it breaks our 5th amendment right as being not mandatory or compliance only voluntary compliance ! Meaning you Dont have to incriminate yourself (by our 5th amendment right) Example : (By filing a 1040 ! Is To incriminate yourself) SO IS THAT A VIOLATION Against our 5th amendment right ?) As Of Now Still Today ! The IRS CAN NOT SHOW US A LAW WHERE AN AVERAGE CITIZEN OR WORKER HAS TO PAY INCOME TAX) AT LEAST BY WHATS RULED IN THE SUPREME COURT ! WHY ?BECAUSE ITS NOT A LAW ! So if You work for somebody and give them labor than to me its an even trade my work for your money (THE Supreme Court has ruled that income is not wages nor labor) , it is gain from corporate activities !!!! Your labor is your private property and nobodys Busisness if your not a corporation ! All this is true however figure it out yourself and I will state this is all in my opinion !
