HERES THE REAL SCOOP ON LAND OWNERSHIP & TRESPASSING ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW: If a person were on another persons property, & the alleged owner (the one who put up the signs) shot that person- it is ILLEGAL, because the owner denied the trespasser *due process*. If the owner calls the local *county* authorities, the alleged trespasser could tell the officer (for the sake of safety & respect), Oathkeeper, Sir: thank you for coming to protect me & ensure both of our safety (owner & accused)! If you choose to arrest me, then I would not resist, however I have not seen a legitimate title deed that this person claims to have. If you choose to arrest me based upon their word- but without evidence- then I would not resist, however you would need to take me by force, because I am currently under protest to the accusations for I deny these charges. Before it goes to the courts, you could go to the county record & collect all the title deeds to that land ever, & then ask to see where the treaty with the Native Americans nation particular to that land is; when they do not procure a contract specific to the nation it was stolen from by the county- we would find that you were never trespassing.
