HEY EVERYONE! Ive been MIA for the past week or so, Ive been very busy with school and I apologize! But to make up for that I have a ten minute interval! 10 moves for a minute each! So get your timers and your sneakers, its time to get moving! 1. High knees 2. High switch kicks 3. Mountain climbers 4. Out and in squats 5. Squat pulses 6. Plank rolls knee taps 7. Low plank knee taps(forearms down and in front) 8. Basic push ups 9. Plank walks (high or low plank, depends on how advanced youre feeling today) 10. Burpees! YAY! You can do this! Remember mind OVER body. You deserve this!
