HEY EVERYONE PARTICIPATING IN BK NATION @BKNationOrg 28-day workout challenge #BKN28! Please do not beat yourselves up, dis yourselves, think you cannot do something if you have not even tried. We created these regular challenges via Facebook and twitter as a way to have community, support, encouragement, useful tips, diet suggestions, and plenty of short videos and short blogs that we hope will inspire you to be an even greater person than you already are. And we have two very talented fitness activists/experts working with on this, Andia Winslow @AndiaWinslow and Denise Posnak @mybodwellness. Please follow/like them on Facebook and twitter, and please search for their blogs, videos, and free online classes on the BK Nation website. Finally, all we are saying is that we should seriously treat our bodies like the very special vessels they are, and think long and hard about what we eat and drink, and how we move, or not. To us exercise, and taking care of ourselves physically and spiritually and emotionally, is the greatest form of self-love, and the best healthcare plan you could ever have.
