HEY GUYS! Im looking for a roommate for my apartment for the 2014-2015 school year...You can stay one semester or you can stay the whole school year. I currently live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Your rent would be $425/ month plus utilities (the utility company said that over the last 12 month span the average spent on every month was around $85 for heat and electric) which we will split every month. Both bedrooms are equal in size and really large. I have a king bed in my room with room for a desk, dresser, nightstand, storage unit, and a small entertainment stand for my T.V. the rooms also have a large closet for clothing storage. There is a large, newly remodeled kitchen, with a new stove, refrigerator and granite counter tops (if that matters to you). The living room is also very large (about the same size as our bedrooms) with lots of light from the windows. The landlord is putting in new windows in August! (that will save on heating bills) Also, we are close to downtown:) -laundry is in the building -there is off street parking! I think I remembered everything! Let me know if youre interested:)
