HEY, HEY, HEY!!! So this is LONG OVER DUE!! Better LATE than NEVER!! A Year ago this past July I began a fitness journey with an INCREDIBLE STRONG WOMAN AND COACH name Lois Tiedemann Koffi!! I interned with coach Lois at her boot camps in South Minneapolis!! LTK FITNESS is the name of Loiss business and she runs a FIERCE boot camp during the week and fit camp on Saturdays as well!! I just wanted you all to know that my internship and subsequent training has been a major part in my fitness level and body transformation!! When I began working with Lois I could barely do 6 push-ups and my diet was poor and my endurance level was low!! I can say that I am so much stronger and leaner and I am blessed to have met and worked with Lois!!
