HEY, MACYS, you screwed up again. We cut our coupons and headed to the one day sale for the heart shaped Fiesta bowls. Thought Id pick up a few for Bill Bader and Kelsie Blake. Went into the Towson Town Center Macys and the cashier (and she could barely cashier by the comment of a previous customer who was standing there with a complaint) She couldnt find them on the check screen they keep. I asked for a Floor Manager and that woman was twitterpated with solving the previous customers issues. I got absolutely ZIP help. AND the cashier blew me off by saying The manager cant help you. WRONG comment,young lady. I headed directly to the Executive Offices where the red badged staff were twirling in circles with who was doing what. 1 talking head asked me how she could help me and I described the entire attempt to PURCHASE something. I handed her the newspaper insert, my stack of cut coupons. I told her if I had to come to the Exec Offices to make a purchase that I would shop directly with HOMER LAUGHLIN and not bother with MACYS. I turned, walked away and shopped elsewhere. AFTER I quit MACYS it was quite a while before I shopped there. NOW I am done with MACYS.
