HEY... we were mentioned in Scout Magazine...its kind of mysterious as to out of 4 new businesses in the Heatley Block... Scout interviewed the owners of 3 of them, and not us... they did, however take a photo of our exterior and explained a bit. IF they had come to speak with us, they would have seen the interior of the store, which is, in addition to an ORGANIC FLORIST/plant/non gmo seed store/... it is an art gallery specializing in the work of Vancouvers BEST emerging artist such as: Nomi Chi Draws Pictures (now showing at Hot Art Wet City) (Nomi is my daughter), Phresha le vandele, Mia Dungeon, Alison Woodward, Monika Bilchar, Mandy Tsung and more... we are also an event space with new events coming up, including an indigenous tea party for Valentines Day weekend, a special musical event for Black History Month, and special event for International Womens Day, Stand Up for Mental Health Comedy Team for April Fools Day, we are beginning to negotiate with C R Avery for a beat box poetry event, a book signing with BC Poet Laureate, Susan Musgrave, and her husband,Stephen Reid... and hopefully, CAR FREE DAY...
