HH IS ON HIS WAY TO ELECTION VICTORY The United Party for National Development (UPND) under the leadership of the incoming President Mr.Hakainde Hichilema has maintained its commitment to issue-based campaign. This is good for the stability of the nation as well as the protection of democracy and to ensure that a conducive atmosphere is maintained for national development and well-being of all citizens.
