HI GANG, Our Jimmy Hollywood Cherry Wings Corporate Statistician Charlie Woodward tells me that The Detroit Red Wings Magic number to make the playoffs is 3. So, a win with 2 points and a tie at the end of regulation will give us 3, Two wins will give us 4 points and then it will be certain, 3 tie games at the end of regulation will also give us 3, or the teams trying to catch us could collapse out and that would put us in also. So, with the use of my backward logic and superstitions, I will be buying and doing everything within reason in 3s today and on until we hear Mickey Redmond or Ken Daniels say we are in. I know, I need a long rest someplace far away but thats my plan. No playoff beard for me because I cant grow one, well, I can but there is only 4 games left so it wouldnt look very good. So lets all cheer the Red Wings on to victory or at least 3 ties and if none of this works out, I dont know any of you and I am not the one that posted this. I wish to send my sympathy to Steve Little, Jamie Mason and all my friends in Terrace BC on the demise of The Vancouver Canucks who have already been eliminated.
